2. How do I handle returns?

   Returns are easy and are handled by our distribution center, CNI Distribution. For more information click here. Please do not ship returns to our Grand Rapids offices. We are unable to process returns out of Grand Rapids, and your transaction will be severely delayed. To avoid delays and confusion, please use CNI Distribution. Thank you!
